At Matte Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
